Solange Ingabire is a refugee rights advocate, strategist, and storyteller committed to reshaping narratives around displacement while advancing refugee leadership and youth empowerment. Through her advocacy and leadership, she has supported more than 1,000 refugee and displaced youth in accessing higher education opportunities and developing leadership and professional skills.
She is the co-founder of Refugee Youth Change-makers (RYCM), an initiative focused on expanding educational access, strengthening youth leadership, and building pathways for young people from refugee communities to shape their futures.

Youth Engagement & Program Strategy
Consultancy services for organizations supporting youth, especially those from marginalized communities and refugees. This includes youth-centered program design, engagement strategies, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning support.
Capacity Building & Training
Design and facilitation of trainings for youth and youth-serving organizations, focusing on leadership development, advocacy skills, personal branding, and storytelling. Sessions are practical, inclusive, and grounded in real community needs.

One Dollar Challenge
A collective-giving initiative where individuals contribute one dollar per month. Funds are pooled annually to recognize and support a refugee entrepreneur by investing in their business, promoting sustainable livelihoods and community solidarity.
